We’re looking for a Senior Audit Manager to take a leadership role in our growing Assurance and Advisory department, with an opportunity to progress to Director and equity ownership. The successful candidate will make a significant impact—leading client engagements, developing future talent, and playing a key role in the firm’s growth alongside the established Management team.
Your Role as a Senior Manager
As a Senior Audit Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality service.
Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to add value.
Develop and mentor your team, fostering a culture of learning and high performance.
Contribute to business development, playing an active role in strategic growth initiatives, recruitment, and firm-wide projects.
Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient audit processes and compliance with professional standards.
Shape the future—for the right person, a clear and structured path to equity ownership is available.
What You’ll Bring
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with significant post-qualification experience.
Proven experience managing audit clients and leading teams in a professional services environment.
Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP, FRS 102, and (ideally) IFRS.
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
